  1. Is LOKAL only available in Palembang?
    • It is true that at this time, Palembang is still our focus. We hope that we can immediately develop our services in other cities in the near future.
  2. How can I as a company join LOKAL to provide job vacancies?
    • Open the LOKAL Business website through Google https://hyperlokal.id/company
    • Entered as a Job Provider
    • In the upper right corner select "Register" or Click "Join Us"
    • Please fill in data such as company name and email address to access. Make sure you have verified via registered email to take full advantage of the LOKAL application.
    • Click “Get Started”
    • You will receive a confirmation email to your email inbox. Click Confirm Email and you will be able to access your account directly.
    • After completing the registration form, you are ready to start displaying Job Openings on Local.
  3. How do you first log in?
    • After your account has been successfully created and has received a confirmation email
    • Open http://hyperlokal.id/company
    • Please enter your email and password
    • Click “Login”
  4. LOKAL free for employers that provide jobs?
    • Yes, there are no fee’s for job seekers or job providers. Please use our services wisely and responsibly.
  5. How to Change Company Profile?
    • In your Dashboard view, in the right corner click on your "Profile"
    • Click “Company Profile”
    • Select the profile you want to change from Company Profile
    • Click to change Profile Name, Company Banner and Logo, Company Overview, Company Information, Company Photos and Videos
    • Click "Save" to complete and save the changes made
    • Note: Changes that have been completed will automatically change the company profile on all job advertisements using this company profile.
  6. Can 1 company have more than 1 management?
    • Yes, 1 company can have a maximum of 2 managers (owner and HRD). The Company owner has access to add or remove Admins, but Admins do not have the access.
  7. How to add more than 1 management?
    • In your Dashboard view, in the right corner click "ADD NEW"
    • Click “Admin”
    • Please fill in data such as; Name, Position, Roles and Email.
    • After filling all the data. Click "Save"
    • You have added an administrator
  8. What is a Dashboard?
    • Your dashboard is the first page that you see your compilation in. This gives you information about your hiring process in an instant. Whatever position is currently open, how many applicants or candidates are in each glass. You can create new job posts, duplicate or post your current job post.
  9. What is Active Jobs?
    • Active Jobs are counted as Job posts that are currently active or being promoted on the Local app and website. With Active Jobs, you can publish many vacancies during your subscription period, according to the package you choose.
    • If you close your Active Job, you can publish another job to replace it and you can still access your closed job within the subscription period.
  10. How to post a job through the Job Marketplace?
    • Login to your account
    • On the Dashboard, you can make work through the "ADD NEW" button in the upper right corner. Then, please click on the "Job Marketplace" to post jobs through the Job Marketplace.
    • After that, follow all the steps starting from filling out the Job Description and Requirements, you in the Job Section, Recruitment Plan, Salary and Pre-assessment test.
    • After you have completed all sections, select "Publish Job Posting"
  11. How to see the job posts that I have made / shared?
    • Click the "Recruitment" button below the Dashboard button
    • Please see the results of the job posts that have been shared by you through the Job Marketplace or Job Feed
  12. How to republish job?
    • Select the position on your dashboard.
    • Select More and choose Close Job.
    • Put ‘republish job’ as your reason to close the job.
    • Select the job on Closed Job tab.
    • Select More and choose Edit Job.
    • Click Republish Job.
    • Once you have successfully re-published your job, you will find your job on top of the search.
  13. Who will make salary payments?
    • Employee recipient companies have the responsibility to make payroll. LOKAL is only a liaison platform between job seekers and job providers.
